Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) –
- Passed Matriculation (10th) or equivalent from recognized Board.
Upper Division Clerk (UDC) –
- Bachelor Degree from a recognized University.
- knowledge of Computer including use of Office Suite and Database.
Stenographer (Steno) –
- Passed 12th from a recognized Board or University.
- Skill Test Norms :
- Dictation – 10 Minutes @ 80 words per minute
- Transcription – 50 Minutes (English), 65 Minutes (Hindi) (only on Computer)

- For MTS : 18-35 Years
